Paula Sgherza

Paula loves facilitation. It is her joy to be of service to others in this creative and essential work for leaders of today and the future.
She brings over 30 years’ experience as an educator and leader to her work as a process facilitator and is highly regarded for her relaxed, contemplative and innovative style.
An artful blend of adult learning principles, process design and participative methodologies are the hallmarks to Paula’s facilitation work. Her qualifications include social sciences, education, leadership and development. Paula is trained in several methodologies including the Art of Hosting, Theory U, Theory of Change, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space and the Circle Way. She has also been a trainer for trauma informed practices and applies a trauma informed approach to all her work.
Her approach to facilitation is participatory, creative and action oriented. It is always practical, professional, and tailored to the specific needs of the situation.
With a professional journey that includes education, health, community services and not for profit organisations Paula has planned and facilitated both very small and very large groups.
She has designed and facilitated large major conferences, assemblies, chapters as well as long-term leadership development programs.
Jamie Sgherza

Jamie loves technology. He brings a wealth of experience from diverse leadership roles across complex and challenging education and information technology settings.
As a skilled leader, educator and facilitator, Jamie works to create dynamic environments that encourage personal and professional growth. He is known for his easy going , action orientated style that builds confidence in participants. Jamie has trained in Theory U, Theory of Change, project management and has wide experience assisting organisations with digital transformation.
With a growing knowledge of process facilitation design, Jamie is exploring the interface of technology and process facilitation. He is keenly interested in the ways that technology can help make the world a safer and better place, so he most enjoys working with organisations and people involved in social justice or human rights missions.
