Just Joy Collective offers people working in social justice, human rights or mission-based agencies, opportunities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills of self and social awareness practices, social process design, and technology for social change. Our facilitation and programs focus on deepening an awareness of the interconnection of human rights and integral ecology and our collective responsibility to create a socially just and joy filled world… Just Joy Collective!

Our Way of Being
Our guiding principles of Curiosity, Compassion and Courage
underpin the participatory way in which we work and the way we engage others.
We believe that strategic and sustained partnerships with people and organisations as well as a systems view and integrated approach supports better cultural shifts. We also believe that active participation and application of new learnings to personal and local contexts brings about personal and collective transformation. All our work begins with a deep conversation about the needs of the participants and groups we work with.
We believe that justice, peace and a joy filled world can be achieved through collaboration rather than competition, dialogue rather than debate. Creating and supporting learning communities of practice expands the initial work we offer through our workshops.
Just Joy Collective works with many different agencies and find that faith based communities, NGO’s and NFP’s are attracted to the way in which we work as it fits their mission based outcomes.
We have a personal commitment to supporting organisations and communities working in developing countries who have a focus on women, girl child and children who are in situations of marginalisation.
